MCA is increasingly becoming a conduit for information, support and for working with legislative issues such as By-Laws and Policies. It is important for organisations to respond to the actual demands the social situation brings to it. It is this responsive dynamic that calls organisations into being and that sustains its existance. MCA intuitively responded and adapted and looks forward to a continued and growing if different interactive Civil Society relationship. The Ward Forum meets at night- a long day for staff but allows community can participate. Senior Rep from Reyterwacht and (R) Mariette,Sub-Council Manager
